Heute gab’s bei uns im Kinderheim IKHAYA LEKAMVA eine grosse Sitzung mit den Leiterinnen Thuli & Ndileka & allen Helferinnen! 
Es wurde über Wichtiges gesprochen … und über Dinge, die eher in die Kategorie Kaffeeklatsch fallen. 
Es wurde über Wichtiges gesprochen … und über Dinge, die eher in die Kategorie Kaffeeklatsch fallen. Unser Ziel: Alle Helferinnen sollen in „Kid Care“ noch besser ausgebildet werden! Dafür holen wir echte Profis ins Boot – die gleichen, die schon unsere fantastische Heimleiterin Thuli trainiert haben. 
Denn mal ehrlich: Mit 25 Kids & Teens zwischen 1 und 18 Jahren ist es manchmal wie ein Zirkus ohne Netz 
… aber wir sind auf einem richtig guten Weg – mit Herz, Power & einer grossen Portion Humor!

Today we had a big meeting at IKHAYA LEKAMVA Children’s Home with all our amazing Thuli and Ndileka and all helpers! We talked about lots of important stuff… and, well, a few things that probably belong more in the coffee chat category.
We talked about lots of important stuff… and, well, a few things that probably belong more in the coffee chat category. Our goal: to train all our helpers even better in Kid Care! We’re bringing in real pros – the same ones who already trained our fantastic head of the home, Thuli.
Because let’s be honest: looking after 25 kids and teens aged 1 to 18 can sometimes feel like running a circus without a safety net … but we’re on the right track – with heart, energy & a big dose of humor!
